For monitoring purposes and to understand the context you are working with we will ask you to explain why you may need the materials in these specific formats. Please note we are only able to provide these materials to advisers and young people who have specific individual access requirements, which means they are unable to use the standard hard copy formats given at training or available to purchase in the Arts Award shop.
Access to adviser training and adviser materials
If you are an adviser who requires specialist support to access the training please contact us with specific information about your requirements.
If you require the adviser toolkit or any of our other resources in another format, such as braille, audio, large print, or digital, please complete the Arts Award accessible materials request form.
Access to young people's materials
Arts Award recognises personal achievement and is designed to be inclusive and as a result the award can work well with children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
If you are an adviser and require the young people's guidance booklets in another format, such as Braille, audio, large print, or digital, please complete the Arts Award accessible materials request form.
