Once you have received your provisional booking email and your invoice, you have a place on your chosen course and there is no need for you to reconfirm. You will still be able to attend the course if your payment has not yet cleared as we can process payment after the course takes place if necessary.
However, you will need to complete the first interactive learning module before attending the live webinar. Details of how to access the learning module will be included in the joining instructions which you will be sent around 10 days before the course takes place.
Please also bear in mind that an outstanding payment will result in a delay to you receiving your adviser login details. You must also be aware that if you have not had confirmed payment and the course you are booked on to becomes oversubscribed between now and the date it takes place, we may cancel your place (you will be contacted by a Trinity staff member if this is the case).
If you have made a payment please ensure you send a remittance advice to email@example.com to ensure your payment is matched up as quickly as possible.
