Your login details for the centre portal are the same as those for the Arts Award website, which were issued once you successfully completed your adviser training. Please note you do not need to log in to access the resources and support available on the Adviser Hub.
You can recover/reset your adviser login details online easily by following the relevant link on the centre portal login page.
If you have forgotten your username, you need to enter the email address we have on record for you on the username reminder page and you will be sent a reminder email to that address. The email comes from TOL Support so please watch out for it and check your spam if it does not arrive within a few hours.
If you have forgotten your password, you need to enter your username on the password reset page and you will be sent an email to your registered email address to reset your password. There is a minimum strength for the new password you set.
If the email address we hold for you needs updating then please contact us so we can assist you.
If you get a message at any point saying your username or email is not found in the system then this is usually because you haven’t logged in for a long time and your account has been deactivated. Please email your first and last name, your date of birth and the email address used during your Arts Award training to email@example.com where a member of the team will be able to assist you with getting re-activated.
