With the health and safety of all Trinity candidates, examiners and staff being of paramount importance to us, due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 we have taken the decision to suspend all exams and awards with immediate effect.
This includes the postponement of Arts Award moderations and adviser training courses scheduled to take place between 18 March and 30 April.
Arts Award centres with a moderation arranged during this period have been notified, as have adviser training attendees and organisations with training sessions scheduled between these dates. Centres have been advised to share this update with young people they are working with at the earliest opportunity to ensure that young people due to attend the booked moderation session don’t travel to the venue. Organisations with scheduled ‘in house’ training arranged during this time have been advised to share this update with staff and consortium members due to attend the training session.
Centres will be offered the choice of either postponing their booked moderations to a later date, or alternative moderation options, which we expect to become available in the coming days. Adviser training attendees or organisations will be offered the choice of either postponing their booked training sessions to a later date, or alternative training options, which we expect to be available shortly. If Arts Award centres have any questions about their moderations, they should get in touch on Moderation.Team@trinitycollege.co.uk or adviser training attendees can contact us on Training.Team@trinitycollege.co.uk
Arts Award Discover submissions are unaffected and are running as normal.
Trinity is committed to supporting the hard work of candidates and teachers around the world. We know the amount of time and effort involved in preparing for our assessments, and how disappointing it will be to have to postpone exams.
