It is not possible to request a moderation unless the trained adviser is linked to the registered Arts Award centre, which is done through the adviser portal.
Postal moderation arrangements The role of the moderator is to validate the adviser's assessment. Adviser's must have accuately completed a (one page) assessment report form per portfolio, against the criteria laid out in the Bronze/Silver/Gold toolkit. Assessment report forms can be downloaded from the centre resources pages. Young peoples’ work (including assessment report forms) should be sent to the moderation venue, to arrive at the latest by the Friday before the moderation date. The young people’s portfolios, along with written feedback from your moderator will be returned the week following the moderation date to the postal address confirmed during booking. Results will be emailed to the main contact for the centre two to three working days after the moderation date.
