If you are an adviser, centre or young person and are dissatisfied with your Arts Award training, or the process of entering young people, or the moderation process (but do not wish to question the result awarded) you can contact Trinity College London to complain. Complaints should be made in writing via the contact us page. We will let you know we have received your correspondence within 3 working days and we will normally respond within 10 working days.
General enquires about support with the delivery of Arts Award in your centre or moderation results can be made by contacting artsawardenquiries@trinitycollege.co.uk
If you wish to make a formal enquiry about the result of a moderation, please get in touch with your Trinity contact in the first instance. Trinity’s website provides details of options available for the different qualifications offered by us. Trinity deliver a range of examined qualifications in Music, Drama, Dance and English Language in addition to Arts Award. Therefore for the purposes of clarity advisers should specifically view the ‘clerical check’ and ‘remark’ information and provide details in your form of which service you require.
