Andra
Andra completed her Arts Award at Derby College, where the Arts Award is an optional part of the school programme. She composed music to perform at a gig, led a singing workshop and found out more about her local Arts Centre, Derby QUAD.

Hayley developed skills in musical performance and stage management through her involvement at a local arts venue. Through her experience she discovered a talent for sharing her skills with others.

Jack, aged 14, lives in one of Telford’s most deprived areas. He came to do his Silver Arts Award after coming up with an idea for a leadership project “Telford’s Got Talent”.

As well as being the project manager for a successful multi-faith exhibition project called Colours of Faith, Gloria performed in a Malaysian cultural festival.

Luke, who has physical and learning disabilities, directed a film and produced a radio show exploring the topic of discrimination to gain his Silver Arts Award.

Andre
Andre is 18 and gained his Silver Arts Award by putting on highly successful music nights at Zion Arts in Manchester. He worked with Odd Theatre who support young people outside the education system and with little access to the arts.

Elliott
At 11, Elliott is one of the youngest people to achieve the Silver Arts Award. As well as attending a huge number of arts events, he also ran his own t-shirt printing workshop and created an animated film.
