Prepare and submit a grant report

If your application is successful you will need to write a report after your project is completed no later than 12 months after receiving your grant.  This is an important part of the process to prove that you have spent the money that you have been granted as agreed and demonstrate the impact for your centre and young people.

Step 1 - read the reporting guidance document

Step 2 - draft your answers using the mock reporting form

Step 3 - complete and submit your grant report

Remember

  • Reporting isn’t scary. We want to know how it went, how you spent the money and what the young people and your Arts Award centre got out of the project
  • Your report shouldn't take long to complete and will consist of information that you already know from delivering the project
  • Send us any supporting images to go alongside your report
