Centres that successfully receive grants must submit a report at the end of their project to tell us about how the project went and the impact the grant had at their centre

This helps us make the case for future funding, so it's really important that we get to hear about how things went for you.

You should submit your end of project report as soon as your project is completed, and no later than 9 months after receiving your grant.
