Arts Award young person registration and submission

All young people taking part in Arts Award should be registered so that they can access resources on the Arts Award website. 

Before you can register young people, you must:

How to register young people for Arts Award

Before you begin, please make sure that you have the following information for each young person you would like to register:

  • First Name
  • Surname
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Unique Learner Number and contact details for the person supplying this (optional)

ULNs are currently used only for 14-19 diploma students.  The results data for these students will be shared with the diploma aggregation service.

After registration you'll receive young people's website usernames and passwords.

How to submit young people for a provisionally booked moderation

Before you begin, please make sure that you have provisionally booked a moderation date and you have the following additional information for each young person you would like to submit:

  • Ethnicity
  • Main art form (select from combined arts; dance; theatre/drama; literature; music; visual arts; new media)
  • Adviser
  • Award level
  • Special needs information

Once in this page you will see a list of advisers currently registered to your centre. If you need to attach additional advisers to your centre you should do this before you begin. (If when reviewing the list you realise that you still need to add an adviser, you can also do this via the link in the moderation submissions page).

If you need to make a provisional booking for a moderation, you can find out about the different options and send us your request via the Arts Award website.

After you have submitted young people for moderation we will email you an invoice.  You should pay this invoice as soon as possible in order to confirm your moderation.

Protecting passwords 

You will be able to view all passwords together, but you are strongly advised to give them out on an individual basis.

Passwords should not be shared with anyone else and misuse of the passwords and website will result in access being denied.
