Arts Award Team Administrator Salary: £18,720–£22,360
Trinity Guildhall wishes to appoint a capable and motivated administrator to join the Arts Award national team which runs an accredited programme for young people. You will be responsible for both team administration and a variety of operational tasks, including the Arts Award Helpline.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, be highly computer literate and have a good telephone manner. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role, as is the ability to take responsibility for your own workload.

Arts Award Training Agencies
All Arts Award advisers must successfully complete a one day training course accredited by Trinity Guildhall before they can support young people to take part in the Arts Award.
Training courses are co-ordinated by nine Arts Award regional agencies, who provide much of the training themselves. In order to cater for the likely demand for Arts Award adviser training courses Trinity Guildhall is also licensing a number of additional organisations to deliver training.

Arts Award Moderators
Trinity Guildhall welcomes applications from arts practitioners and arts educators interested in becoming Arts Award moderators.
If you have at least five years full-time professional experience in a relevant field, and have experience of assessment in the arts then we want to hear from you. If your application is successful you will be added to our pool of moderators. We are looking for professionals with a wide range of knowledge across the art forms, and interest in contemporary youth culture. You will have an ability to travel widely in England for at least 12 days per year (this is flexible throughout the year i.e. teachers can potentially moderate outside of school terms). The work will involve conducting moderation of assessments made locally by advisers.
The daily rate for Arts Award Moderators is £188 plus expenses
