Terms and conditions of being an Arts Award centre

Your responsibility to safeguard your password and any code given to you for the purpose of registration.
To undertake to follow safe practice with working with young people under 18 and vulnerable adults
To only work with or employ Arts Award advisers, artists or other practitioners who have a current CRB check or equivalent.
To collect and hold consent for all images, recordings or work submitted to the Arts Award. Please include Arts Award permission to your general consent forms
To register Arts Award participants
To order guidance booklets for Arts Award participants
To book moderation with at least eight weeks notice
To assess all young peoples work prior to moderation
To pay all invoices for moderation fees
To distribute certificates to all successful participants
To inform Arts Award of any changes to contact details
Any personal information regarding yourself or other individuals collected and processed by you must be done in accordance with the UK Data protection Act 1998.

Completing the Registration Process

When you click "Submit" you are agreeing to the above. You will receive an email. This will contain a form for your main centre registration, confirming the information you have given above. The contents of the email will also be sent to the email address you have supplied above. All forms should be signed and returned to Arts Award, Trinity College London, 89 Albert Embankment, London, SE1 7TP.
